Shipping Rules and Restrictions

U.S. Orders

• Orders over $75 ship for FREE!
• Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
• In stock, ready to ship items are usually shipped within 2-3 business days.
• Orders are shipped with a tracking number via USPS First Class Mail for a flat rate of $5.50
• If you need expedited shipping, Priority Mail is available.

International Orders

• Shipping is based on weight and will be calculated at check out.
• Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. NO TRACKING is available for this method. We are not responsible for lost packages. Buyer is responsible for lost package if this shipping method is selected. If you require tracking, please let us know and there will be an additional charge. 
  
• When placing an order for delivery outside United States, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns + Refunds

We want to make returns easy and simple for you. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of your purchased items you may initiate a return by emailing hello@sweetpeaandco.net. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and list the items to be returned.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise in salable condition - with the tags still attached. Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping. Items returned 16 through 30 days after delivery will receive a store credit. 

We will provide you with a flat rate return shipping label. The flat rate cost of this return label is $5.95USD. This flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

For hygienic reasons, returns are not available for our teethers unless they are defective. Final Sale and Clearance items are non-returnable.
